About
Meet Keith
Keith loves to serve people. It’s simply how God wired him. He’s passionate about helping others be their best selves and achieve their goals.
He recognizes we’re all works in progress — himself included. Keith discovered coaching in 2021 and meets with his own coach regularly, putting in his own work to grow himself and to better serve his clients.
As your GPS coach, Keith guides with compassion and motivation, cultivating a peaceful space for you to process while encouraging you to action — at your own pace.
Experience and Service
Keith has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. In the last few years, Keith has had the opportunity to engage in coaching with the newer members of his team. He’s received numerous accolades for his patient, encouraging and caring approach to coaching.
He continually looks for opportunities to serve. On Thursday mornings, you can find Keith at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, where he leads inmates through a 12-week “Faith & Finances” course, equipping them in an important area before they re-enter society. Keith also serves on the board of CityHope of New Hampshire, a nonprofit organization that helps under-resourced individuals and families.
Keith and his wife lead their congregation’s Stephen Ministry as certified leaders. Keith also meets regularly with a group of men that encourages one other to live authentically.
On a Personal Note
Keith has been married to his wife Barrie since April 1999. They have two college-aged children, Dylan and Kayli, who both play for their schools’ soccer teams. All family members are die-hard water bugs, spending close to 20 years of summers on Lake Sunapee.
In his free time, Keith enjoys reading and listening to self-improvement books and podcasts, and watching re-runs of “Seinfeld” and “The Office.”
Keith also loves following the Boston sports teams. His favorite season is fall, thanks to cooler temperatures, changing leaves, and most of all, FOOTBALL.
